Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 26, 2026

1. Introduction

ToniPR (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our websites, applications, and related services (the “Service”). ToniPR helps founders, consultants, and teams turn conversations into publishable marketing content.

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service. For questions, use the contact options posted on tonipr.com.

2. Information we collect

Account data: Name, email address, password hash, company details you choose to provide, and similar profile fields needed to create and maintain your account.

Session & usage data: When you use ToniPR—such as interviews, chats, uploads, or generated kits—we process the content you provide and technical metadata needed to run the Service (for example request timestamps, approximate location derived from IP where relevant for security, device/browser type, and error logs).

Billing data: Payments are handled by our payment processor (e.g. Stripe). We receive limited billing information (such as subscription status and partial payment identifiers) but do not store full payment card numbers on ToniPR servers.

Communications: If you email support or subscribe to updates, we retain those messages and preferences as needed to respond.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve ToniPR—including generating content outputs you request;
  • Authenticate users, secure accounts, and detect abuse;
  • Process payments and fulfill subscriptions;
  • Communicate about the Service, security, or policy updates;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK/Switzerland)

Where GDPR-style laws apply, we rely on appropriate bases such as contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security and improvement, balanced against your rights), or consent where required—for example for certain cookies or marketing emails where we ask explicitly.

5. Sharing & subprocessors

We share information with service providers who assist us—for example hosting, infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, payments, and AI-related processing—under contractual safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell your personal information as that term is commonly understood under U.S. state privacy laws. We may use aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you.

6. Retention

We retain information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain records longer where required for legal, tax, accounting, or security purposes. When retention ends, we delete or anonymize data consistent with our technical environment.

7. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we encourage strong passwords and safeguarding your credentials.

8. Your choices & rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is consent-based; or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact us through the options posted on tonipr.com. We may verify your request as permitted by law.

9. Children

ToniPR is not directed at children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International transfers

We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

11. Cookies & similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and security. You can control cookies through browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective signifies acceptance unless the law requires additional steps.
